What to expect
After booking, you'll receive a confirmation with your appointment time. Your technician will arrive on schedule, walk through the home with you, identify problem areas, and give you a firm written price before any work begins. The price doesn't change once you agree to it.
Most carpet cleaning jobs are completed the same day, and carpets dry within about an hour. Your technician will do a final walkthrough with you before leaving to make sure everything looks right.
