I paid for Safe-Dry’s Ultimate cleaning option, expecting top-tier results. While my first service unfortunately didn’t meet my expectations, what truly stood out was Safe-Dry’s commitment to making things right. Thankfully, they have wonderful customer service that genuinely listens and takes concerns seriously.

After speaking with one of their supervisors, Tracy, along with their representative Bailie, my concerns were handled promptly and professionally. They were both courteous, understanding, proactive, and they quickly arranged a follow-up visit to ensure I received the level of service I originally signed up for.

That follow-up visit was completed by Trevor, and I can confidently say he exceeded every expectation. Trevor was incredibly thorough, kind, and professional throughout the entire process. He took the time to address all of my concerns, explained what he was doing, and made sure nothing was overlooked. His attention to detail and genuine care truly set him apart.

In the end, it was all worth it. My carpet looks absolutely beautiful, and I’m very happy with the final results. Thanks to Trevor—and the support team behind him—I would confidently recommend Safe-Dry to others and would gladly use their services again in the future.
